Return Period
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
- Unused and in its original condition
- Returned with its original packaging
- In a resalable condition
- Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase
How to Request a Return
To request a return, please contact our customer support team at support@pestguard.com.au with your order number and the reason for your return.
If your return is approved, we’ll provide you with the return instructions.
Please do not send your order back without contacting us first. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders
Please check your order as soon as you receive it.
If your PestGuard product arrives damaged, defective or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at support@pestguard.com.au with your order number and photos of the issue.
We’ll review the situation and work with you to find the best solution.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and product-safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return.
Promotional or clearance items may also be excluded from our standard return policy.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your product, please contact us first at support@pestguard.com.au.
Depending on the situation, we may ask you to return the original item before arranging a replacement.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
If you have not received your refund after this period, please contact us at support@pestguard.com.au and we’ll be happy to assist you.
